F1 SHIRT A.K.A CORPORATE SHIRT.
Custom-made F1-shirt has an advantage of having your own design and colour combination. Besides customer also can choose their own fabric for best comfort.
What you need to know or prepare...........
1. DESIGN: Our in-house designer will help you to do the design and final visual in adobe illustrator. You can mix & match the design and colour in that matter. However it's advisable to do some research upfront so that you have some ideas about the design.
2. FABRIC: There are 3 common fabric normally we use for corporate shirt, which are POLYSOFT, VICOSE & COMB COTTON.
3. SIZE: We will loan you 1 set of sample size from XS-5XL together with the measurement chart. Customer can bring it back and try on in order to get the best fitting sizes.

Know Your Apparels...........
It's very easy for customer to complain about the cost of the t-shirt.
It's important not just look at the t-shirt design but also knowing the fabric that make of the t-shirt.
An easy example for Roundneck T-shirt, (100% Cotton) is always more expensive than (65% polyester + 35% Cotton). For Lacoste Polo-T, (60% Cotton + 40% Polyester) is always more expensive than (35% Cotton + 65% Polyester)
FABRIC INFORMATION
COTTON - A unicellular, natural fibre that grows in the seed pod of the cotton plant. Cool, soft, comfortable. The principal clothing fibre of the world.
POLYESTER - The generic name for man-made fibre noted for its strength, lightness, wrinkle-resistance, wear ability and quick-drying properties. Often used in blends, using the best characteristics of both fabrics. Widely used for jacket, sportwear, pants, overcoat & uniform.
MICRO-FIBRE (QUICK DRY) - Man-made fibres such as polyester, nylon and acrylic which are spun finer than silk. Fabric made with micro fibre are exceptionally soft and hold their shape well. Used more and more nowadays. Micro-fibre is the fabric of choice for many garm
POLYSOFT - Feel comfortable, soft gloss, quality of a material is exquisite soft, trailer, dimension stability, fight electrostatic etc. And the most important is, there were "memory" later, the fabric is iron free, easy to care.
VISCOSE (Double Yarn) - Sweat absorbent and allows it to evaporate away from the skin, breathable, comfortable to wear and soft to skin, no static build up. It is not resilient, which means that it will wrinkle.
COMBED COTTON - Soft version of cotton. Slightly more expensive than conventional cotton (Viscose and Polysoft). Texture is thinner and softer because it lacks short threads to stick out and prickle but extremely strong with high tensile strength.
TC COTTON = TETRON + COTTON (TETRON= 65% Polyester + 35% Rayon) - A blend mix of more polyester and some cotton. Wrinkle resistant, durable, less-sweat absorbent, warm feeling.
CVC COTTON (CHIEF VALUE COTTON) - A blended mix of more cotton and some polyester. Qualities of polyester and cotton, wrinkle resistant, better sweat adsorbent and soft.
100% COTTON - Soft and comfortable, sweat absorbent, wrinkle easily and prone to shrinkage & skewing. It's recomended to choose slightly larger size.
SINGLE JERSEY (SINGLE KNITTED) - Stretchy, light-weight, comfortable, with one flat side and one piled side. Affrodable.
